Disney's Hollywood Studios

At Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you’ll experience the smells and tastes of a cantina set in a galaxy far, far away. And, you can feel the rush of taking over control of the Millennium Falcon. In Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, burst into a crazy colorful cartoon world and join Mickey and Minnie on a runaway adventure. Become the size of a toy with Buzz and Woody and take a ride on Slinky Dog as he careens through Andy’s backyard in Toy Story Land. 

Epcot

Stroll through the scenic World Showcase and experience the architecture, culture, and people of 11 countries. Enjoy sample-sized food, musical performances, and special events throughout the year at Epcot’s four different festivals. Hop aboard Soarin’ Around the World to fly high on a hang-gliding adventure to famous places across the globe. Voyage to Arendelle aboard an ancient Nordic vessel as you take a musical tour of the wintery world of Frozen on Frozen Ever After.

Animal Kingdom

Explore Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park throughout the day and into the night. A new exploration will take you to Pandora—The World of Avatar, a distant world where you can float down a mystical bioluminescent river and fly on the back of banshees that soar past floating mountains. Back on Earth, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park view thousands of animals in their natural habitats. Spot them while trekking Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail, Kilimanjaro Safaris , and at the base of the Tree of Life. And behold The Tree of Life, commemorating Earth and its creatures. By day, it’s a visual exploration of animals big and small; by night, animal spirits awaken to tell colorful tales of nature's harmony.

I want to personally guarantee you that should a situation arise, we are always committed to refunding as much as we possibly can to our groups and travelers, but it seems we need to emphasize this point as of late. I know the value of a dollar—growing up in a family of 5 with “just enough” funds to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads was our normal. No extra money existed to pay for extracurricular fees or lab fees—my siblings and I had to pay for those out of our own pockets. The $50 nonrefundable Trip Initiation Fee is due no later than October 1, 2024. Trip Initiation Fee payment is nonrefundable once paid, no matter the circumstances for cancellation. Nothing will be reserved for your trip until this payment is received and pricing is subject to change if payment isn’t received in a timely manner. 

Additional payment of $275 per person is due no later than October  13, 2024.

Additional nonrefundable payment of $275 per person is due no later than November 13, 2024.

Additional nonrefundable payment of $275 per person is due no later than December 13, 2024.

The final balance will be due January 13, 2024. 

These payments need to be made on time to ensure proper planning for theme park admission policies in place at the time of travel and completion of your bookings and reservations. The final amount due will vary based on monies paid to the account at the time of the final payment due date. Please see account invoice details for the final amount due. This payment will finalize activity completion and meal selection details along with other fees and payments necessary to complete reservations.

Standard Cancellation Policy as outlined in the contract will apply to all cancellations. No cancellations 15 days (2 weeks) prior to arrival date.

All payments are nontransferable once paid.

5:30 PM Cici’s dinner is over. Load buses. Depart for Orlando with one   rest stop enroute.

7:30 – 8:45 AM Breakfast at the hotel will be included in the   lobby.

8:45 AM Buses will pull around to the front   of the hotel for luggage loading. All travelers will need to load all luggage   onto the bus. Chaperones will need to perform room checks to ensure nothing   is left behind.

9:00 AM Load   buses and call roll. Intended departure for Animal Kingdom Bus Parking

10:15 AM Intended   arrival to Animal Kingdom Bus Parking
