4:00 PM Intended arrival to Cici’s in Valdosta for dinner and   check in with staff (meet SGT Host here) 

4:15-5:30 PM Buffet Dinner at Cici’s   Valdosta Location included 

5:30 PM Cici’s dinner is over. Load buses. Depart for Orlando with one   rest stop enroute.

10:00 PM Meet as a group at Mickey Head   flower bed and exit theme park using Ferry boat return to transportation   hub/Magic Kingdom bus parking area

10:30 PM Reconvene as a group at restrooms near ferry boat   or bus parking area and walk to bus parking

11:00 PM ROLL CALL   ON BUS: Depart for Hotel

12:00 PM Lights   Out!

Fri. Feb 14, 2025 Departure   Day! Animal Kingdom Park Hours: 8AM – 7PM

7:00 AM Please set   personal alarms for a 7AM wake up!

7:30 – 8:45 AM Breakfast at the hotel will be included in the   lobby.

8:45 AM Buses will pull around to the front   of the hotel for luggage loading. All travelers will need to load all luggage   onto the bus. Chaperones will need to perform room checks to ensure nothing   is left behind.

9:00 AM Load   buses and call roll. Intended departure for Animal Kingdom Bus Parking

10:15 AM Intended   arrival to Animal Kingdom Bus Parking

There will be a security checkpoint at the theme park   entrance with metal detectors in use. You can download the My Disney   Experience app for show times and wait times within the park.

2:15 PM Exit the park and meet as a group at the entrance. Walk back to bus   parking

2:45 PM Load   buses and call roll. Intended departure for Golden Corral in Ocala. 

5:00 PM Intended   arrival to Golden Corral in Ocala: check in with staff 

5:15-6:15 PM Dinner Buffet included at Golden   Corral 

6:30 PM Dinner is   over. Load buses and call roll. Depart for Buc-ee’s in Fort Valley

10:00 PM Intended   arrival to Buc-ee’s in Fort Valley for quick restroom and snack stop

10:30 PM Load   buses and call roll. Depart for Union Grove Middle School. 

Important! Remind students to contact whoever is picking   them up ~1 hour from arriving. 

12:00 AM Intended arrival back   to Union Grove Middle School for unloading.
