 Enter security hub   as a group, metal detectors in use/CHECK Universal Orlando APP for times Reconvene   at AMC theaters and stop at the GLOBE for a group picture Enter Universal   Studios today

 Spend   the evening in Theme Parks *can ride the train* (park to park experience)

9:00 PM Both Parks Close. Meet as a group at The ARCHES of UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and walk to bus parking

9:30 PM Using Universal Buses: depart for hotel check in with assistance of your SGT HOST

10:00 PM Intended arrival to hotel for check   in with assistance from your SGT

11:00 PM Lights out!

TBA ROLL CALL ON BUS: Depart for Universal Studios Gate 3

TBA Buses arrive to Gate 3 and meet STARS Event staff to prepare for workshop

TBA Unload instruments and   place cases under the bus/enter security checkpoint backstage

TBA Warm up begins

TBA Stars Workshop at Sound   Stage 33

TBA Workshop concludes. Load instruments in cases   and back under the bus

8:30 am ROLL CALL on bus: depart for Universal Orlando bus parking

9:00 AM Intended arrival to Universal   Orlando Bus Parking. 

Enter security hub as a group, metal detectors in use/CHECK Universal Orlando APP for times . Regroup at the Movie Theater and walk as a group to the Islands of Adventure Tower for a group picture.   Enter Islands of Adventure and spend the day in the park. Participants can ride the Hogwarts Express Train.

9:00 PM The park is closed. Exit the parks and meet at the IOA Tower as a group. Walk to Bus Parking. 

9:30 PM Please call roll to account for all travelers. Intended departure for the hotel.

Sat. March 15, 2025 DEPARTURE DAY!

8:45 AM Buses will pull around to the front of the hotel for luggage loading. All travelers   will need to load all luggage onto the bus. Chaperones will need to perform   room checks to ensure nothing is left behind.

9:00 AM ROLL CALL ON BUS: depart for school with stops along the way (2 restroom stops/1 lunch stop on own) at discretion of drivers and director (Buc-ees Warner Robins)

7:00 PM INTENDED Arrival to Liberty MS for unloading
